摘要 目的调查需要限定溶媒的中药注射剂品种,结合本院中药注射剂溶媒使用情况,讨论不同溶媒对中药注射剂稳定性、不溶性微粒的影响。为临床使用中药注射剂在选择溶媒时提供药学理论支持及参考。方法抽取我院2013年9月份符合要求的病例,对其溶媒使用情况进行统计分析。结果共抽取637份病历,溶媒选择与说明书不一致的有72份,占11.3%。易出现这类问题的药物有舒血宁注射液、生脉注射液、注射用血栓通、注射用红花黄色素、灯盏细辛注射液、参麦注射液及复方苦参注射液。结论临床应用中药注射剂时应严格按照药品说明书选择输液溶媒,以减少不良反应、不良事件的发生。 Objective To investigate the variety of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) injections which require specific solvents, and to discuss the influence of different solvents on stability and insoluble particles of TCM injections based on TCM injections solvent usage in our hospital, and to provide pharmacy theoretical support and reference for the solvent selection for traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods The cases during September 2013 which fulfilled the requirements were selected, and statistical analysis was conducted on the solvent selection for traditional Chinese medicine injections. Results A total of 637 cases were selected and 72 cases (11.3%) were found to be discordant with specification in the solvent selection. The drugs in the 72 cases were Shuxuening injection, Shengmai injection, Xueshuantong injection, Safflower Yellow injection, Dengzhanxixin injection, Shenmai injection, and Compound Kushen injection. Conclusion The solvent selection for traditional Chinese medicine injections should be strictly in accordance with the drug specification to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions/events.
