摘要 [目的]建立测定月见草油纳米乳中γ-亚麻酸含量的气相色谱方法.[方法]纳米乳破乳后进行甲酯化,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定γ-亚麻酸甲酯含量,再将其换算为样品中γ-亚麻酸的含量.以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱,载气为氮气,检测器为FID.[结果]γ-亚麻酸甲酯在质量浓度0.042 96-0.429 60g/L范围内时与峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系,R^2=0.999 8(n=7);平均回收率为96.99%,RSD为0.96%.[结论]毛细管气象色谱法可用于月见草油纳米乳中γ-亚麻酸含量的测定. OBJECTIVE To establish the gas chromatography(GC)for determining the content ofγ-linolenic acid in the evening primrose oil nano emulsion. METHODS The nano emulsion was demulsificated and esterificatied,and the concentration ofγ-linolenic acid methyl ester was measured by capillary gas chromatography,and it was converted into the concentration ofγ-linolenic acid.The salicylic acid methyl ester was as internal standard substance,chromatographic column was the DB WAX capillary column,the carrier gas was the nitrogen,and the detector was FID.RESULTS The mass concentration ofγ-linolenic acid methyl ester within 0.042 96 to 0.429 60 g/L was in a good linear relation with peak area ration(R^2=0.999 8,n=7),and the average recovery rate was 96.99%,and RSD was 0.96%.CONCLUSIONThe capillary gas chromatography can be used to measure the concentration ofγ-linolenic acid.
