FARES法在23例肩关节前脱位治疗中的应用临床分析

Clinical analysis of application of FARES method for treatment of 23 cases of anterior dislocation of shoulder joint

[背景]探讨FARES法在肩关节前脱位治疗中的临床疗效.[病例报告]回顾性分析自2012年1月至2013年7月间应用FARES法治疗的23例肩关节前脱位患者的临床资料,根据Constant肩关节功能评分系统进行评分.23例患者均获得随访,时间为8-15个月,平均为11个月.Constant肩关节功能评分为92-100分,平均为（97.23±1.16）分,未见明显并发症发生.[讨论]应用FARES法治疗肩关节前脱位安全、有效.

BACKGROUND To discuss the clinical efficacy of FARES method for the treatment of acute anterior dislocation of shoulder.CASE REPORTS The clinical data for 23 cases of anterior dislocation of shoulder treated by FARES method from January 2012 to July 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,and the shoulder joint function was assessed according to the Constant shoulder score.The follow-up time was from 8to 15months（mean of 11months）,and the Constant shoulder score at the terminal follow-up was from 92 to 100（mean of 97.23）,and its complication had no occurred.DISCUSSIONThe FARES method for treatment of anterior dislocation of shoulder joint is safe and effective.
