不同品种杨树人工林材性差异及其对单板胶合强度的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以转基因欧洲黑杨、北抗杨、转基因741杨和107杨为试验对象,研究了其物理力学性能、化学性能及解剖学特性,从理论上分析了4种杨木木材的材性及其对单板胶合性能的影响。结果表明:4种杨树木材纤维素、综纤维素和木质素含量差异不太显著,107杨纤维素含量略高于其他3种杨树木材;年轮宽度上,转基因欧洲黑杨、北抗杨大于转基因741杨和107杨;4种杨木木材密度存在显著差异,其中107杨木的密度最大,这主要是由于不同木材的孔隙度差异造成的。研究同时也表明,4种杨木木材中,107杨是胶合板制备中更适宜的树种。 Poplar species (Populus nigra ‘Shiji'(GMO),P.deltoides cl.‘Beikang',P.alba×(P.davidiana +P.simonii)×P.tomentosa and P.euramericana cv.‘Neva') were selected as research objects,their physicalmechanical properties,chemical properties and anatomic characteristics were tested,and established the effects of the above four properties on the bonding strength of plywood.The results showed that there was just small difference of α-cellulose,holocellulose and ligin for these four poplar species,the cellulose content of P.euramericana cv.‘Neva' was slightly higher than other three poplar species.The growth ring width of Populus nigra ‘Shiji' (GMO),P.deltoides cl.‘Beikang' were greater than P.alba × (P.da-vidiana+P.simonii) × P.tomentosa and P.euramericana cv.‘Neva'.Significant difference was found in the density of four different poplar species and the density of P.euramericana cv.‘Neva' was the highest,which was resulted from the difference of wood surface porosity for different poplar species.Researches indicate that P.euramericana cv.‘Neva' is the optimum wood species to poplar plywood manufacture in the four different poplar species.
