摘要
介绍了自主改造的膜极距NCHZ电解槽的运行数据,以及气相控制压力、意外停车自动连锁控制、极化整流装置等改进内容。针对改造后电解槽出现的2个单元槽电压升高及1张膜微漏的问题,提出解决方法。
The running date of independently transformed NCHZ membrane-thickness electrode- distance eleetrolyzera were introduced. The improvement contents were also introduced, including gas phase pressure control, automatic interlock control for unexpected stop, and polarization rectifier device. Solutions were proposed to solve the problems of voltage rise appeared in two unit eleetrolyzers and slight leakage of one sheet of membrane after the transformation.
