2009-2013年广西部分地区孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和HBV检测服务情况分析

An analysis Status of HIV,Syphilis and HBV Testing service among Pregnant Women in Some Areas of Guangxi in 2009-2013

目的了解广西部分地区孕产妇接受艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒和乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)抗体检测服务情况。方法选择广西4个开展预防艾滋病母婴传播工作较早的地区,收集2009-2013年孕产妇接受HIV、梅毒和HBV检测的相关数据资料,采用卡方检验分析变化趋势。结果 2009-2013年,研究地区孕产妇HIV、梅毒和HBV检测率分别为99.36%、99.79%、99.55%,呈逐年上升趋势(分别χ2=1705.439,P=0.000;χ2=344.435,P=0.000;χ2=1049.954,P=0.000)。至2013年,HIV、梅毒和HBV检测率达99.97%。2009-2013年,研究地区孕产妇在孕期接受HIV检测的比例为87.57%,2011-2013年孕产妇在孕期检测梅毒和HBV的比例分别是89.80%、91.16%,年份检测比例呈逐年上升趋势(分别χ2=13 076.353,P=0.000;χ2=7921.904,P=0.000;χ2=4912.381,P=0.000)。结论研究地区孕产妇HIV、梅毒和HBV检测率较高,下一步应重点提高孕期检测比例。

Objective To understand the situation of maternal HIV, syphilis and Ht3V testing in some counties of Guangxi. Methods Data of HIV, syphilis and HBV testing were collected among pregnant women from 2009 and 2013 in four selected counties of Guangxi, where the program of Prevention of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV （PMTCT） was implemented in very early stage. The Chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results From 2009 to 2013, the average rate of HIV, syphilis or HBV testing among pregnant women in the study sites was 99.4%, 99.8o/00 and 99.6%, respectively, and the annual rate increased year by year （Z2：1705. 439, 344. 435 and 1049. 954 respectively, all P=0. 000）. All the rates were up to 99.97% in 2013. Although proportion of pregnant women receiving HIV （x2= 13 076. 353,P=0. 000）, syphilis （x2= 7921. 904,P=0. 000） and HBV （x2=4912. 381,P=0. 000） test before labor increased year by year, it was only 87.57% for HIV from 2009 to 2013, 89.80% for syphilis and 91.16% for HBV from 2011 to 2013. Conclusion The testing rates of HIV, syphilis and HBV among pregnant women in research counties are at a high level, and the focus should be put on increasing the proportion of test during the 1st and 2nd trimesters of pregnancy in the future.
