成蚊密度与蚊幼孳生状况的相关性研究

Correlation analysis between adult mosquito density and larvae breeding conditions

目的探索某特定区域内成蚊密度与蚊幼孳生状况之间的关系,并分析其影响因素。方法 2012年4-11月份在上海中心城区人民广场与人民公园区域设置了5个成蚊监测点和50个蚊幼孳生地调查点,开展了持续时间超过220 d的连续性成蚊监测和每周一次的蚊幼调查。结果人民广场成蚊密度和蚊幼孳生阳性率均显著高于人民公园(t=-4.682,P<0.01;χ2=64.154,P<0.01);spearman相关性分析,人民广场成蚊密度与蚊幼孳生阳性率具有统计学相关性(r=0.762,P=0.028),人民公园未见显著性相关(r=-0.262,P=0.531)。结论在一特定区域内,成蚊密度受该区域内蚊幼孳生状况的影响,此外还受气象和人为因素等影响。

Objective To explore the relationship between the adult mosquito density and mosquito larvae breeding conditions in one particular area,and then analyze the influencing factors.Methods 5 mosquito monitoring sites and 50 breeding sites were respectively set to conduct adult mosquito surveillance and breeding-sites investigation in Shanghai People＇s square and People＇s park from April to November in the year of 2012.Results The adult mosquito density and the mosquito breeding-sites positive rate in People＇s Square were significantly higher than in People＇s Park（t =-4.682,P 0.01; χ2= 64.154,P 0.01）.There was a statistically significant correlation between the adult mosquito density and mosquito breeding-sites positive rate in People＇s Square（r = 0.762,P = 0.028）,and little correlation in People＇s Park（r =-0.262,P = 0.531）.Conclusion Mosquito breeding condition is one important factor affecting the adult mosquito density.Other factors as weather conditions and human behaviors also affect adult mosquito density in one particular area.
