黄毛鼠种群年龄划分的研究

Study on population age determination of Rattus losea

目的探索主要用于现场黄毛鼠种群年龄鉴定划分标准。方法测量捕获的黄毛鼠体重、体长、尾长等指标,采用t-检验、卡方检验、方差分析等统计方法对数据进行统计分析。结果不同臼齿年龄分组与尾长、晶体干重、上齿列长相邻两组之间差异有统计学意义,且尾长、晶体干重、上齿列长随种群年龄的增长而逐渐增加。晶体干重与体重、体长、尾长、上齿列长都有正相关。结论黄毛鼠体重、体长、尾长和上齿列长4项指标可用于现场黄毛鼠种群年龄鉴定,具有统计学意义。

Objective To explore the age determination standard of Rattus losea.Methods Capturing the Rattus losea and measuring the body weight,body length and tail length etc.The results carried out statistical analysis by t-test,χ2,analysis of variance.Results There were statistically significant difference between the two adjacent groups in tail length,crystal dry weight,dentition length under the difference molar tooth age groups.Tail length,crystal dry weight,dentition length increased with the increase of population age.Crystal dry weight and body weight,body length,tail length,dentition length had positive correlation.Conclusion Body weight,body length,tail length and dentition length are suitable for Rattus losea age determination.
