在手术室中运用舒适护理的理念分析

Nursing Concept Analysis of the Comfortable Nursing Application in Operating Room

目的探讨舒适护理理念应用于手术室护理中临床效果。方法将126例手术患者分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组采用手术室常规护理模式；观察组在常规护理基础上加舒适护理，比较两组患者对手术室护理工作的满意度及术后恢复情况。结果观察组患者及家属对手术室护理工作满意度评分为91.0分，康复优良率为98.4%，远高于对照组的73.7分和85.7%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将舒适护理理念融入手术室常规护理模式内，可以有效提高患者恢复速度和质量，减少患者及家属负面情绪，保证治疗过程顺利，减少医患矛盾。

Objective To study the effect of comfortable nursing concepts used in the operating room.Methods 126 cases of patients accepted surgery were divided into observation group and control group （63 cases in each group）. The control group accepted the operating room nursing mode, while the observation group accepted comfortable nursing besides that. We compared the satisfaction and postoperative recovery in each group.Results The score of satisfaction was 91.0 and the recovery rate was 98.4% in observation group those were higher than in control group （73.7% and 85.7%） with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comfortable nursing concept can be incorporated into the operating room nursing mode. It can improve the recovery and life quality of the patients effectively, reduce the negative emotions in patients and their families, ensure the treatment process smoothly, and reduce the doctor-patient contradiction.
