专业分组结合层级管理在ICU护士培训中的应用

Application of Professional Group Combined with Stratified Management in ICU Nurse Training

目的探讨ICU护士培训管理模式，培养ICU护士的核心能力，提高危重症患者的护理质量。方法将40名ICU护士分为7个专业小组，结合层级管理进行培训，评价培训效果。结果实施专业分组结合层级管理后，提高护士的管理能力和教学能力，各项评估指标显著改善。结论专业分组结合层级管理极大培养TICU护士的核心能力，从而提高了护理质量。

Objective To study training management mode of ICU nurse, cultivate core competence of ICU nurse and enhance nursing quality of critically ill patient. Methods Forty nurses were randomly divided into seven professional groups combined with stratified management to be trained. We evaluated the effects of training. Results After the professional group combined with stratified management, the management and teaching ability of nurses were promoted. All the evaluation indexes were improved obviously. Conclusions Professional group combined with stratified management could cultivate core competence of ICU nurse, and enhance nursing quality.
