摘要
介绍了纳米陶瓷的力学、热学、电磁学等方面的优异性能,及几种常见的涂层制备技术。此外,重点介绍了纳米陶瓷在热障涂层、耐磨涂层、生物涂层、压电涂层、吸波涂层等方面的应用及研究现状。最后对纳米陶瓷涂层的发展前景进行了展望。
Performance of nano-ceramic in mechanics, thermology and electromagnetics etc, and listed several common coating preparation techniques were described. In addition, its application and research status of nano-ceramic, such as thermal barrier coating, wear-resistant coating, bio-coating, piezoelectric coating, absorbing coating etc were introduced. Al last, the prospects of nano-structured ceramic coating were proposed.
