摘要 汽车产量的逐年提高给环境带来了巨大压力,国际标准ISO14000提出了产品全寿命周期对环境造成的压力评估机制(LCA),汽车作为一个能耗产品不仅在使用周期对环境的影响引起关注,在制造过程中的能耗及排放对环境的影响也将会作为考核指标,正引起汽车企业的极大关注。非调质钢由于其独特的工艺性能,产品锻造后不需后续的调质热处理工序就能达到调质钢的性能,从而可降低能耗。目前在日、美汽车底盘及发动机锻件上广泛使用。本文分析了非调质钢特性及在汽车锻造零部件应用中所展现的力学性能及疲劳性能与金相组织、锻造工艺的相关关系。 Automotive production increasing every year has brought a lot of pressure to environment, the international standard ISO14000 proposed to affect the environmental pressure assessment mechanisms in product life cycle(LCA), the car as an product of energy consumption is aroused attention to environmental impacts not only in the using cycle, but also in the manufacturing process to produce energy consumption and emissions, and it will also be the assessment indicators, auto companies is causing great concern. Because non-quenched and tempered steel has particular process performance which the forging product can achieve the performance of quenched and tempered steel without subsequent heat treatment that can greatly reduce the energy consumption, it is known as "green steel." Currently in Japan U.S and other nation, this material is widely used in automobile chassis and engine forgings. The characteristics and mechanical properties, fatigue performance of the steel and relativity with microstructure and the forging process were analyzed, and the steel developing trends and micro-alloying theory was listed.
