摘要
为了提高灰铸铁制动毂的耐磨性能和抗热疲劳性能,采用激光熔凝技术使材料基体与激光单元体结合,形成非光滑表面。激光加工非光滑表面技术与铸铁材料结合应用于制动毂,对其耐磨性能和抗热疲劳能力进行对比,结果显示:非光滑单元体在耐磨性和抗热疲劳性能方面明显优于未处理的灰铸铁。
In order to enhance frictional wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of gray cast iron brake drums,laser surface melting was employed to compound base metal and non-smooth units. The frictional wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of non-smooth surface materials and gray cast iron user for brake drum were compared. The results indicate that the frictional wear resistance and thermal fatigue resistance of non-smooth surface sample are better than those of untreated sample.
