降低高硅铸铝合金微弧氧化电流密度的溶液研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了减小高硅铸铝合金微弧氧化处理电流密度,研究了ZL102铸铝合金微弧氧化溶液成分及其浓度对微弧氧化处理电流密度的影响。以硅酸钠和氢氧化钠为基础溶液体系,以氟化铵、甘油及硼酸为添加剂,研究了分别加入不同浓度的一种添加剂和加入多种添加剂时铸铝合金的微弧氧化处理电流密度。结果表明:在基础溶液中加入一种添加剂时,对微弧氧化处理电流密度产生的影响不规律;加入两种添加剂时,电流密度明显下降;当同时加入三种添加剂(10#溶液)时,电流密度下降最为显著;ZL102用10#溶液与LY12用0#溶液处理获得的陶瓷膜相比,二者的微观形貌结构相似,说明10#溶液可以有效地减弱铸铝合金中硅元素对微弧氧化处理的不利影响,是较理想的溶液配方。 For decreasing the current density and the disturbing of silicon of micro-arc oxidation on cast aluminum alloy,the effects of micro-arc oxidation solution systems on current density for ZL102 cast aluminum alloy were studied. The base solution was consisted of sodium silicon and sodium hydroxide. The addition agents included of NH4 F, C3H8O3 and H3BO3.The current density was tested under the conditions of adding one additive and adding multi-additives at various concentration.The results show that adding one additive in base solution takes an irregular influence on current density. The current density decreases with adding 2 kinds of additives. When the 3 kinds of additions were added synchronously in 10#solution, the current density decreases obviously. The surface morphologies of ceramic coatings processed in 10#solution of ZL102 and LY12 in 0#solution are alike. This indicates that 10#solution can efficiently decrease the disturbing of silicon in cast aluminum alloy. 10#solution is a perfect compounding for cast aluminum alloy micro-arc oxidation.
