挖掘机磨损斗齿的激光熔覆修复 被引量:2

摘要 采用激光熔覆工艺对挖掘机磨损斗齿进行修复,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜对涂层进行了分析,采用维氏硬度计测试了涂层硬度。结果表明:激光熔覆修复后,涂层由VC和α-Fe组成,涂层表面硬度为60 HRC,满足斗齿表面硬度要求。 Wearing teeth in excavator was repaired by laser cladding. The microstructure of coating was studied by XRD and SEM, and the hardness of the coating was measured by Vickers. The results show that the coating consists of VC andα-Fe, and the hardness of the coating is 60 HRC, after laser cladding repair, which meets the hardness requirement of the wearing teeth.
