摘要
冷凝器壳体管箱垫片的腐蚀原因被分析,通过对垫片进行宏观形貌观察、金相分析、硬度测试和XRD分析。结果表明,由于垫片骨架的硬度偏高导致垫片弹性和柔软性降低,密封面不能紧密贴合,发生了腐蚀产物为FeF2的氢氟酸缝隙腐蚀,造成冷凝器泄漏。
The causes of the corrosion reasons for the condenser gasket of Shell tube box were analyzed in detail. By the observation of the macroscopic appearance and metallographic analysis, hardness testing, XRD analysis for gasket, the results show that due to the higher hardness of the gasket skeleton, the gasket elasticity and softness decrease. The sealing surface is unable to fit tightly which can lead to hydrofluoric acid crevice corrosion that the corrosion product is FeF2, resulting in condenser leakage.
