摘要
提出虚拟球心基准理论 ,应用于网架节点球全球面数控分度夹紧装置。该装置实现柔性化、自适应化、数控化 ;与加工中心或其它钻铣机床组合 ,能完成多孔数全球面任意轴线螺纹孔节点球的分度夹紧及加工 ,达到高精度。
In this article, a viewpoint that a virtual center of sphere can be as machining datum is put forward, and this viewpoint is applied to a numerical controlled indexing mechanism. Through which the arbitrary dividing and clamping can be realized everywhere of the spherical surface. This indexing mechanism is flexible, adaptive and numerical-controlled .It also can be combined with machining center or milling and drilling machine as a body. Thus the arbitrary angle's hole of bolted sphere node can be made. At the same time, the high precision and efficiency can be obtained.
