摘要
对车顶衬零件的吸声测试方法进行了试验研究,设计并制作出模拟车顶钣金及其附件的具有良好声反射性能的支架,并给出了声学测试支架验收的吸声系数不超过0.1的建议值,实现了对完全成形顶衬的吸声测试,并基于测试数据完成了对顶衬的声学性能改进。
The sound absorption test method in the reverberation room of a car headliner was researched. An acoustic bracket for the headliner with good acoustic reflection was designed and manufactured. The recommended sound absorption coefficient of the acoustic bracketshould be no more than 0.1. The test and improvement of the sound absorption pertbrmance of the headliner were both accomplished.
