摘要
对中国近30年来薄板坯连铸连轧技术的发展进行了综述,分析了中国薄板坯连铸连轧技术发展的几个阶段及其特征,介绍了薄板坯连铸连轧技术领域的主要技术成就,包括:物理冶金过程和组织演变规律、纳米粒子的发现、薄规格产品生产技术、微合金化技术、中高碳钢生产技术和硅钢生产技术等,探讨了中国薄板坯连铸连轧技术未来的发展方向。
The Development of Thin Slab Casting and Direct Rolling Process(TSCR) in recent thirty years in China is summarized, several stages and its characteristics of TSCR development in China are analyzed, the main technological achievements of TSCR in China, such as the rules of physical metallurgy and microstructural evolution, the discovery of nano-particles, thin gauge production technology, micro-alloying technology, medium and high carbon steel production technology, silicon steel production technology, are reviewed. In addition, the prospect of TSCR development in China is discussed.
