摘要
本文通过对船闸闸门底枢蘑菇头摩擦副进行模拟磨损试验,比较分析了以材料QT600-3和铜基镶嵌自润滑材料Fz-5(3)制造的蘑菇头帽在有润滑和无润滑工况下运行30万次的磨损状况,试验结果显示:两种材料的蘑菇头帽在运行20万次以内,有润滑状况下其磨损都较小,无水无润滑状况下磨损都较大。QT600-3材料市场供应充足,性价比高,使用更为方便。
This article carries on the comparative analysis of the wear condition of the mushroom headgear made of material QT600-3 and copper inlaid self-lubricating material Fz - 5 (3)runs 300000 times under the condition of with and without lubrication, through the simulation wear of mushroom headgear friction pair of the ship lock gate bottom pivot wear. The result shows that the wear of mushroom headgears of two kinds of material within the running of 200000 times is small with lubrication condition, and its wear is large without water lubrication condition. The QT600 3 material is adequate, cost-effective and more convenient.
