Equipment Failure Analysis and Treatment Measures of Turbine Device in Start Debugging Stage

四川石化公用工程部自备电站汽机装置在开工调试阶段出现汽轮发电机组轴承损坏、高压给水泵抱轴、减温减压器出口短节开裂等事故,对事故原因进行分析和故障处理,达到装置安全平稳运行的目的。

There appear some accidents, such as damage of turbo-generator unit bearing, axle suspension of high pressure water pump, outlet short section cracking of the pressure reducer and attemperator in the self-provided power plant turbine device of Sichuan petrochemical public engineering department in the start debugging stage. This paper analyzes the cause of the accident and fault handling, to achieve the purpose of safe and smooth operation of the device.
