随着计算机网络信息时代的到来和全球经济一体化,信息作为经济发展的战略资源已成为社会生产力的重要因素。与此同时,随着全球信息网络的建成,物资管理技术信息化得到了进一步发展。通过对铁路物资管理体制改革模式的探索与研究,总结改革实践中的成功经验和不足之处,寻求适应铁路运输企业特点的物资改革路径,为进一步深化完善铁路运输企业物资管理体制提出了建议。

With the advent of the computer network information age and the global economic integration, as the strategic resource for economic development, information has become an important factor in the social productivity. At the same time, along with the global information network construction, the informatization of materials management technology has been further developed. Through the exploration and research on the reform mode of material management system of the railway, this paper summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings in reform practice, seeks to the material mamagement reform path to adapt to the characteristics of railway transportation enterprises, and proposes suggestions, to further deepen and improve the railway transport enterprise material management system.
