青海省高职“工管”专业毕业生就业能力调研与分析

Research and Analysis of the Employment Capacity of Higher Vocational "Engineering Management" Specialty Graduates in Qinghai Province

通过对青海省高职建筑工程管理专业部分毕业生的调查,揭示了毕业生在就业岗位、收入状况等情况,对毕业生就业稳定性、毕业生就业能力缺口以及毕业生岗位适应能力进行分析,并对该专业建设提出意见建议,为开展专业建设和教育教学改革提供参考。

This paper reveals the situation of the employment post and income status of the graduates through the survey of the part graduates of the higher vocational architectural engineering management specialty in Qinghai Province. And the employment stability, graduates employment capacity gap and the post adaptability of graduates are analyzed, and opinions and suggestions on the construction of the specialty are proposed, providing reference for the construction of the specialty and the reform of education and teaching.
