职业信息采集是做好大学生就业工作的重要前提,做好职业信息采集工作对促进大学生进行人职匹配和人岗匹配、正确认识自我、提高就业质量等方面具有重要作用。职业信息采集过程中还存在职业信息交流不畅、大学生主动意识缺乏、职业信息良莠不齐、职业信息采集渠道有限等问题,因此应构建职业信息采集的长效机制,拓宽职业信息采集渠道,增强大学生的主动采集意识,加强就业师资队伍培训,提升就业服务水平。

Career information collection is the premise of the students employment, which plays an important role in human-job matching and human-post matching, right self-understanding, and improving employment quality. There are many problems in the process of career information collection, such as, unsmooth occupation information exchange, lacking of initiative consciousness of college students, uneven career information and limited information-gathering channel etc. So the long-term mechanism of career information collection should be established, the career information collection channels should be exparded, the initiative consciousness of the college students should be enhanced, the training of employment teaching staff should be strengthened, and the level of employment services should be improved.
