骨质疏松与骨关节炎的相关性研究进展 被引量:7

The correlation research progress of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis

摘要 骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)和骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)均为发生于老年人的常见病、多发病,严重影响了老年人的生活质量。OP是一种全身骨骼疾病,特点是低骨量和骨组织微结构的破坏,增加了骨质脆性和易骨折的风险。OA是一种常见的慢性疾病,会影响到关节内的所有组织,造成不可逆转的损伤,最终使关节失去作用。OA与OP关系目前是学术界的热点和争论点,本文将从两病共同相关因素和学术观点就OP与OA的关系进行讨论。 Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis (OP) are common diseases occurred in the elderly, seriously affecting the quali- ty of life of the older. OP is a systemic skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and destruction of bone tissue microstruc- ture, which increase the risk of bone fragility and fracture. OA is a common chronic disease affecting all the organizations within the joint, eventually causing irreversible damage and joints useless, The current relationship between OP and OA is an academi- cally hot and controversial points. In this paper, the relationship between OP and OA will be discussed from common relevant fac- tors and academic ooint of view.
