摘要
目的探讨Snail、Axl在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化方法,检测Snail、Axl在56例上皮性卵巢癌、56例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤、28例正常卵巢组织中的表达,分析上皮性卵巢癌组织二者表达的相关性及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 Snail在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织和正常卵巢组织,差异有显著性(χ2=20.677、16.132,P〈0.01)。Axl在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织和正常卵巢组织,差异有显著性(χ2=31.226、20.596,P〈0.05)。Snail、Axl在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与组织分化程度、FIGO分期、病灶发生部位及有无淋巴结转移有关(χ2=2.635-12.143,P〈0.05),与临床病理类型无关。Snail、Axl在上皮性卵巢癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.692,P〈0.05)。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织中Snail、Axl高表达,其对肿瘤的发生、发展及浸润转移有协同作用。
Objective To explore the expression of Snail and Axl and its significance in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods By employing immunohistochemical method,the expression of Snail and Axl in 56 cases of EOC,56 of benign ovarian epithelial tumor(BOET)and 28 of normal ovary was detected,and the correlation between Snail and Axl in EOC as well as its association with clinicopathologic features were analyzed. Results The expression rates of Snail and Axl in EOC were higher than that in BOET and normal ovary,the differences were statistically significant-(χ2=20.677,16.132;P〈0.01)and(χ2=31.226,20.596;P〈0.05),respectively.The expression of Snail and Axl in EOC was associated with tissue differentiation,FIGO staging,site of lesion,and with or without lymph node metastasis(χ2=2.635-12.143,P〈0.05),and unrelated to the type of clinicopathology.The expression of Snail and Axl in EOC was positively correlated(r=0.692,P〈0.05). Conclusion Snail and Axl are strongly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer,which play a synergistic role in the development and metastasis of the cancer.
