急诊创伤脊柱固定集束化管理培训在急诊护士中应用

APPLICATION OF EMERGENCY TRAUMA SPINAL FIXATION CLUSTER TRAINING IN EMERGENCY NURSES

目的将集束化管理理念应用于急诊护士的创伤脊柱固定相关操作培训中,以提高培训效果。方法将急诊科40名护理人员随机分为两组,对照组采用急诊创伤脊柱固定常规培训方法,实验组将集束化管理理念应用于培训中,观察两组的培训理论成绩、技能操作及临床案例考核达标率。结果实验组培训理论成绩平均分、操作达标率及临床案例考核达标率优于对照组,差异有显著性(t=5.45,χ2=5.01、5.73,P<0.05)。结论集束化管理理念应用于急诊创伤脊柱固定操作培训中,能有效提高护士培训的效果。

Objective To apply the idea of cluster management in training emergency nurses dealing with traumatic spinal fixation so as to improve effectiveness of the training. Methods Forty emergency department nurses were equally rando-mized to two groups：control group and experimental group.The nurses in the control received conventional training methods,and those in the experimental group received cluster management idea in the training.The up-to-the-standard rates of theory score,of skills performance,and clinical case management were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The average scores of the above items examined in the experimental group were better than the control group,the differences were significant（t=5.45;χ2=5.01,5.73;P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using a bundle approach in training of emergency trauma spinal fixation skills can effectively improve the training achievement in nurses.
