摘要
目的观察纳米银改性钛片对人牙龈成纤维细胞毒性的影响。方法通过MTT、扫描电镜、荧光显微镜观察并分析比较人成纤维细胞在光滑钛片和纳米银钛片表面的生长状况、形态变化。结果 MTT结果显示在各个时点各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05);扫描电镜显示对照组与实验组相比,细胞排列较稀疏、形态扁平;荧光染色显示人牙龈成纤维细胞形态典型,呈梭型或者多边形,细胞微丝明显,细胞有些单个存在,有些相互连结在一起,两组钛片细胞骨架无明显差异。结论纳米银改性钛片对人牙龈成纤维细胞生长增殖无不良影响,改性钛片无细胞毒性,能为材料的临床运用提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the cytotoxicity effect of nano silver modified titanium to human gingival fibroblasts(HGFs). Methods Compare the cell viability and morphology of HGFs at smooth titanium surface and nano silver modified titanium surface through the MTT assay, SEM and fluorescence microscope. Results The MTT assay showed there were no significant difference at different experiment time. The SEM result revealed that comparing with the experiment group,the control group cell expressed more sparse arrangement and flat morphology. The fluorescence microscope showed the HGFs were in the typical spindle type and polygon, with cytosketon clearly, some single and some linked together. There was no significant difference between the two group. Conclusion The experiment data indicated that the nano silver modified titanium is a novel material with both good antibacterial property and no exhibited cytotoxicity, it can be used as an implant biomaterial.
