成人慢性牙周炎患者正畸后切牙区黑三角的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究成人慢性牙周炎患者正畸矫治后切牙区黑三角形成的原因和临床意义。方法选取54例固定矫治后出现切牙区牙龈萎缩形成黑三角(b1ack triangle,BT)的成人牙周炎患者和50例矫治后未出现黑三角的成人慢性牙周病患者对比研究牙龈乳头变化,以探讨黑三角的形成原因。结果治疗后切牙的切缘接触点至牙槽嵴顶距离越大,形成黑三角可能性越大;牙冠为尖圆形的患者正畸治疗后有13.21出现黑三角;牙龈为薄型牙龈生物型的患者23.25出现黑三角,均无相关性。结论正畸后切牙区黑三角的形成是多因素引发的疾病。 Objective To investigate the cause and clinical significance of black triangle (BT) in incisors in adult patients with chronic periodontitis after orthodontic treatment. Methods 54 adult periodontitis patients who had black triangle due to gingival atrophy in incisors after receiving orthodontic treatment and 50 adult periodontitis patients who did not have black triangle after receiving orthodontic treatment were compared diversity of gingiva papilla to study the cause of black triangle. Results After treatment, if the distance between incisal edge contact point and alveolar bone crest was larger, it was more possible to form black triangle; patients with pointed round crown and thin gingival biotype were easy to suffer black triangle after orthodontic treatmellt, the rate of BT was 13.21% and 23.25% in round crown and thin gingival biotype, but there was no correlation. Conclusion Black triangle in incisors after orthodontic treatment is a disease caused by multiple factors.
