摘要
目前,在各类镍基合金电解加工方法中,普遍需进行强制冲液,针对不同形状的电极和工件需专门设计对应的冲液装置,普适性较差。为此,提出一种结合抬刀与外部冲液、改善极间加工环境的方法,通过实验验证了其可行性;同时,研究了不同抬刀参数对加工稳定性、效率和精度的影响规律,探讨了该方法的适用范围和应用前景,为不强制冲液的镍基合金电解加工提供了一种新的思路。
Forced flushing was widely applied in most electrochemical machining (ECM) on nickel-based super alloy. It cost lot of time to fabricate flow device in order to adapt different shape electrodes and workpieces. A new electrolyte flow mode to improve the machining condition in the gap by using the electrode jump and external flushing is proposed. This research verify the impact of the jump time to the stability and efficiency through series experiments. Finally the applicable prospect of this flushing mode is discussed which provide a new thought in the ECM on nickel-based super alloy.
