摘要骨内腱鞘囊肿（intraosseous ganglion），又称邻关节囊肿（juxta-articular bone cyst ），是一种少见的发生于邻近关节软骨下的骨内良性囊肿。随着影像技术的飞速发展与普及，近年来报告逐渐增多。笔者通过复习经手术病理证实的3例骨内腱鞘囊肿的X线、C T 及M RI资料和相关文献，旨在加深对该病的认识，以提高对该病的术前诊断能力。
