摘要
针对大功率矿用刮板输送机传动装置联轴器弹性块易损坏的问题,计算、校核了弹性块的挤压强度,并利用有限元方法进行仿真分析。理论计算和仿真结果表明,弹性块的挤压强度远小于其许用强度,它的损坏与其本身功率增大无关。
High-power mine scraper conveyor drives are easily damaged elastic block coupling problems, calculation, checking the crushing strength elastic block and simulation analysis using the finite element method. Theoretical calculation and simulation results show that the intensity of the elastic block squeezed far less than the allowable strength, it has nothing to do damage to their own power increases.
