摘要
游梁式抽油机电动机启动扭矩大、负载波动大,导致配置高、负载率低、效率低。研究、试验配电箱自动切换功率,使电动机启动时大功率,运行时低功率,提高电动机负载率和工作效率,达到节能降耗的目的。测试选井,将低转换功率控制在运行峰值功率以上,确保试验井的安全。对比测试结果表明,功率转换效果明显。
Start torque,load fluctuation beam pumping,leading to high configuration,running load rate is low,low efficiency.Experimental research,distribution box automatic switching power with high power,so that when the motor is started,with low power during normal operation,the motor load rate and improve work efficiency,achieve the purpose of energy saving.Test wells,low switching power control over the operation of peak power,ensure the well safe.The contrast test results show that,the power conversion effect.
