天津医科大学总医院住院医师培训学员满意度和培训效果的调查分析

Analysis Based on the Investigation of Residents' Satisfaction and Training Effect in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital

通过对天津医科大学总医院2011和2012届住院医师培训学员满意度和培训效果的调查分析,得出:住院医师对医院培训管理工作的组织管理、临床教学方面呈现出较高的满意度,但对保障条件方面的满意度较低。进一步分析发现,住院医师满意度与培训效果呈正相关。所以,为进一步提高住院医师的培训效果,当务之急应切实提高住院医师培训学员的各项待遇。

Based on the investigation of residents’ （2011＆amp;2012） satisfaction and training effect in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, we draw a conclusion that the residents’ satisfaction on the organizational management and clinical teaching among the hospital’s training managements was high, but on the benefits condition was low. Further analysis reached that there was a positive correlation between the residents’ satisfaction and training effect. So, in order to improve the residents’ training effect further, it is urgent to improve the residents’ benefits.
