Language is the most important communication tool for human beings. It is as old as mankind. Where there is human, there is language. Language is a connecting tie betweencitizens. We cannot call ourselves human beings if we have no language. Script is used torecord oral language. It has only some thousand years＇ history, which is much shorter than spoken language. Every nationality may have its own oral language, but not all of them have their own script. Script is the spiritual height of a civilization and also an important milestone in mankind＇s history of social development.
