烧伤患者综合健康状况及影响因素分析

Influencing factors of comprehensive health status of burn patients

目的分析烧伤患者综合健康状况及相关影响因素。方法采用医学应对方式问卷、简明烧伤健康量表、社会支持评定量表对90例烧伤患者进行调查。结果月收入、掩饰性、外向性格、对支持的利用度、社会支持与患者综合健康状况具有正相关的关系,手术次数、烧伤面积、屈服性格与综合健康状况呈负相关的关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论烧伤患者综合健康状况的影响因素包括月收入、掩饰性、外向性格、社会支持、对支持的利用度以及烧伤面积、手术次数、屈服等。

Objective To analyze influencing factors of comprehensive health status of burn patients. Methods Selected 90 cases with burn were surveyed by BSHS-B,MCMQ,SSRS. Results Multiple-factor analysis results showed that monthly income,extrovert personality,masked affection,social support,utilization of support were positive correlation with comprehensive health status of burn patients,and burn surface area, operation times,yield were negative correlation with comprehensive health status of burn patients（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Influencing factors of comprehensive health status of burn patients including monthly income,extrovert personality,masked affection,social support,utilization of support and burn surface area, operation times,yield show negative correlation with comprehensive health status of burn patients.
