硝酸甘油与硝普钠治疗高血压急症的疗效观察

An observation of the curative efficacy of nitroglycerin plus sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies

目的比较硝酸甘油、硝普钠治疗高血压急症的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的50例高血压急症患者,按随机数字表法将其分成两组,实验组25例患者应用硝酸甘油治疗,对照组25例患者应用硝普钠治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果用药30、60、120min后,实验组心率改善分别为(95.55±12.31)、(93.45±8.55)、(90.20±8.82)次/min,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实验组急症高血压患者的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组,硝酸甘油是治疗高血压的有效方法,可稳定血压,改善病情,值得进一步应用。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of nitroglycerin and sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies. Methods 50 patients with hypertensive emergencies who were admitted to our hospital were randomly allocated to two groups based on a random number table. 25 patients in the experimental group received nitroglycerin for the treatment, and 25 patients in the control group received soduium nitroprusside. Clinical efficacy was observed between the two groups. Results In 30 min, 60 min and 120 min after the treatment, improved heart rates in the experimental group were（95.55±12.31） bpm,（93.45±8.55） bpm and（90.20±8.82） bpm respectively, which were all better than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Patients with hypertensive emergencies in the experimental group shows a significantly better clinical efficacy than that in the control group. Nitroglycerin is an effective treatment for hypertension and is able to stabilize blood pressure and alleviate symptoms, which is worthy of further application.
