优质护理对糖尿病肾病的临床应用价值

Analysis of the clinical value of high-quality nursing care for diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨优质护理用于糖尿病肾病患者的临床价值。方法 80例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各40例,两组均实施糖尿病肾病常规治疗,如控制血糖、调节血脂、抑制血小板聚集等,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理,包括心理护理、饮食指导、运动指导、用药护理、环境护理及预防并发症等,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及SAS评分。结果观察组的有效率达97.5%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理可明显提高糖尿病肾病的治疗效果,降低患者的焦虑状态。

Objective To explore the clinical value of high-quality nursing care for diabetic nephropathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly allocated to an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each. The two groups both received the regular treatment of diabetic nephropathy, such as blood sugar control, regulation of blood lipids, and inhibition of platelet aggregation. The control group received regular nursing care, while the observation group further received high-quality nursing care, including mental nursing, diet guidance, exercise guidance, medication nursing, environmental nursing and prevention of complications. Clinical efficacy and SAS scores in the two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）; the SAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion High-quality nursing care helps significantly enhance the curative effect of diabetic nephropathy and at the same time alleviate patients＇ anxiety.
