新型护理干预对高血压患者应用自身管理能力效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of hypertensive patients with new nursing intervention on the patient's own management capabilities

目的：探讨在高血压患者的自我管理能力提高过程中新型护理干预的作用。方法选取自2012年1月～2013年1月在本院就诊的100例高血压患者作为研究对象，按照就诊顺序随机分为两组，即治疗组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗；观察组患者除给予常规治疗还采取新型护理干预治疗，新型护理干预治疗包括对患者药物、饮食、运动、预防并发症管理、指导自我监测血压等护理干预和指导，护理结束后，发放问卷了解两组患者的自我管理能力情况，并比较两组患者的收缩压和舒张压。结果在进行干预后，分析并且比较观察组与对照组患者的收缩压、舒张压情况，存在统计学明显差异（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的自我管理能力显著高于对照组（P均＜0.05）；观察组患者的并发症发生率（16%）明显低于对照组（38%），且差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论在高血压患者的治疗及康复过程中给予有效的新型护理干预可改善高血压患者的心理状态，提高患者的生活质量减少高血压并发症，明显提高患者在治疗及康复中的自我管理能力。

Objective To explore the nursing intervention to improve the model in the process of hypertension self management ability. Methods From 2012 January to 2013 January in our hospital 100 cases of hypertensive patients as the research object,randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given routine treatment;the observation group patients received conventional treatment also adopts the new nursing intervention therapy,nursing intervention in the treatment of patients,including new drugs,diet,exercise,prevention of complications and management, guiding self monitoring of blood pressure and nursing intervention and guidance,nursing after the end of the questionnaire,understand the patients in the two groups of self management ability,and comparing the two groups of patients with systolic and diastolic blood pressure. Results In the intervention,analysis and comparison of the observation group and the control group of patients with systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）;the patients in observation group self management ability was significantly higher than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）;the patients in observation group and complication rate（16%） was significantly lower than the control group （38%）,and significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with hypertension in the process to model the effective nursing intervention can improve the mental status of the patients with hypertension,improve the quality of life of patients to reduce the complications of hypertension,improve patients in the treatment and rehabilitation of self management ability.
