Improvement of hand hygiene compliance and guarantee of sterilization quality

目的：通过有效措施，提高工作人员手卫生依从性，保证灭菌质量。方法选取我院18名供应室人员作为研究对象，对自2012年1月～2013年12月的手卫生依从性情况进行观察比较，通过明确分工、知识培训、建章立制（严格规程、优化流程、操作考核等）等方面改进现有管理制度存在的不足，提高工作人员手卫生依从性。结果2013年手卫生合格率比2012年手卫生合格率有明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论强化意识，培训到位，定期考核是提高手卫生的综合措施。做好工作人员手卫生依从性，可以有效的提高手卫生合格率，保证灭菌质量，预防院内感染发生。

Objective To improve the workers＇ hand hygiene compliance and guarantee the sterilization quality through effective measures. Methods Eighteen workers of the supply room were selected as the study subjects and their hand hygiene situation from January 2012 to December 2013 was observed comparatively. Deficiencies of the existing management system were improved and the workers＇ hand hygiene compliance was enhanced through clear labor distribution, knowledge training and system establishment（strict regulation, optimal process, operation exam, etc.）. Results The hand hygiene pass rate in 2013 improved significantly compared to that in 2012（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Awareness enhancement,sufficient training and regular assessment are comprehensive measures to improve hand hygiene.Improving the workers＇ hand hygiene compliance can effectively increase the hand hygiene pass rate,ensure sterilization quality and prevent nosocomial infection.
