腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect in the treatment of acute calculus cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取2009年1月～2013年12月期间在我院使用手术治疗的急性结石性胆囊炎病患247例，随机分为观察组与对照组两组，对照组113例行开腹胆囊切除术，观察组134例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术，比较两组患者的治疗效果，手术平均时间、术中平均出血量、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组中患者的手术平均时间、术中平均出血量、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎具有手术时间短、创伤小、风险小、预后快及患者满意度高的优点，有较大的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis by laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods From 2009 January to 2013 December during the use of operation treatment in our hospital with acute cholecystitis patients 247 people, divided the patients into two groups, the observation group and the control group, the control group of 113patients underwent open cholecystectomy, the observation group of 134 cases underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, compared two groups of patients with treatment effect, the average operation time, average intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications. Results With statistical significance difference; the observation group patients in the operation time, average intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative complications. Were lower than the control group, with statistical significance difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis with shorter operation time, less trauma, less risk, prognosis and high patient satisfaction has the advantages of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, is of great clinical value.
