手术治疗直肠癌卵巢转移的临床疗效分析

The clinical effect analysis of surgical treatment of metastatic ovarian carcinoma from rectal cancer

目的：探讨手术治疗直肠癌卵巢转移的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月～2012年9月本院就诊的肠癌卵巢转移76例临床资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方法将患者分为手术组46例与非手术组30例。观察两组患者治疗后生存时间并进行比较。结果两组患者经治疗后，手术组患者平均生存时间、与3年生存率明显长于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后1年存活率差异不大（P＜0.05）。结论对直肠癌卵巢转移患者，手术治疗能提高患者的生存时间，改善生活质量，具有推广价值。

Objective To investigate The clinical effect of surgical treatment of metastatic ovarian carcinoma from rectal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with metastatic ovarian carcinoma from rectal cancer who were in hospital from October 2010 to September 2012 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the Operation group（46 cases）and non operation group（30 cases）to the treatment method. The experiment group was given TME,and the control group was treated by traditional radical operation.The survival time of two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results After the treatment,the average survival time and the 3 year survival rate of the Operation group were significantly longer than that of the non operation group,the difference was obvious,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）.1 year survival rate of two groups had no difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Operation therapy can improve the survival time of the patients with metastatic ovarian carcinoma from rectal cancer,improve the quality of life.It has the value of popularization.
