浅谈少数民族地区的生态移民——以荔波县瑶山扶贫生态移民规划为例

少数民族地区的生态移民,是对居住在生态环境脆弱地区的少数民族搬迁至生态环境较好地区的一项工程。其中,生态性、民族性是不得不考虑的主要问题。《荔波县瑶山扶贫生态移民规划》很好地解决了这些问题,贵州省人民政府对其也赞不绝口,它是少数民族扶贫生态移民规划的典范。
