摘要
对海洋钻井平台钢桩施工中出现的溜桩现象进行了理论分析,提出了采用静力平衡法计算溜桩长度的新方法。该方法考虑了边载效应,引入了动力效应系数,适用于海洋工程中应用较多的大直径超长钢桩溜桩长度计算。荔湾3-1气田中心平台应用结果表明,新算法计算结果与现场实测数据较为吻合,可以用于桩的可打入性分析,指导海上打桩作业的顺利完成。
This paper has proposed a theoretical analysis to solve pile free-fall phenomenon during off-shore pile installation and provided a new simulation method that utilizes static equilibrium equation to calculate the pile free-fall length during engineering design. This method has considered boundary effects and introduced dynamic effect coefficient, which can be applied in offshore platform pile free-fall calculation such as large diameter piles. Pile installation result of LW3-1 gas field CEP platform shows that calculation by this new method has matched the field measured data effectively, and this method can be applied in pile drivability analysis and guide the off- shore pile installation successfully.
