摘要
目前海洋石油工程现场射线探伤主要采用γ射线、X射线检测,作业时由于有很强的电离辐射,其他所有的工作人员都要撤离,对工程进度会造成很大的影响。基于射线探伤米技术原理,设计了独特的射线探伤装置和新型防辐射橡胶材料,可以使探伤辐射的安全距离达到米级范围内,从而实现了射线探伤与其他作业的同步进行,缩短了工程建设周期,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Currently, gamma-ray and X-ray are widely used for the offshore oil engineering industry for Radiographic testing. Due to strong ionizing radiation when working, all other staff needs to evacuate, it caused severe impact with the construction schedule. A special radiographic testing devices and new radiation protection rubber material have been designed based on neter-radiographic technology principle, and it can make the detection radiation safety distance in meter level, so as to realize the synchronization of radiographic test and other operations, and shorten the construction period, which has certain promotion and application value.
