摘要 通过对管道湿式保温复合聚氨酯原材料、浇注设备、成型模具、浇注工艺的研究,中海油能源发展股份有限公司管道工程公司在国内率先研制出湿式保温管道,保温材料经性能测试达到了国外同类产品水平,实现了海底管道和立管湿式保温的国产化,为海洋管道湿式保温技术的国产化奠定了基础。 CNOOC Energy Technology & Services- Pipe Engineering Co. has developed the wet insula ted pipe by studying on composite polyurethane raw material, casting equipment, mould and technology for wet insulated pipe. By comparison, the coating material has reached the same level as the foreign products. The localization of wet thermal insulation coating on pipeline and risers has been realized.
