番禺35-2/35-1气田水下开发项目是中国海油自主管理的一个国际化大型水下项目。在此项目管理过程中,项目组针对该深水水下项目独有的特点,采取了与国际接轨的管理模式,在项目管理实践中逐渐积累了宝贵的经验,并初步形成了一套有效的管理方法,对今后同类国际化水下项目管理具有很的好借鉴意义。

PY35-2/35-1 gas field subsea develop- ment project is one of the major international subsea development projects managed by CNOOC. According to the typical characteristics of deep water subsea projects, CNOOC project management team employs international project management practices during project management process and summarizes a series of effective management methods, which is a valuable guideline for future international deep water project management.
