加减补阳还五汤治疗肿瘤化疗后神经损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating nerve injury after tumor chemotherapy by Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction

目的:探讨加减补阳还五汤治疗化疗后神经损伤的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院门诊和住院肿瘤化疗后出现周围神经损伤的患者41例,随机分为A组,维生素B6和维生素B12治疗组;B组,加减补阳还五汤治疗组;C组,维生素B6和维生素B12再联合加减补阳还五汤治疗组。结果:中药加减补阳还五汤疗效与西药维生素B6和维生素B12疗效相当,中西药联合治疗疗效明显高于单纯中药或西药的疗效。结论:加减补阳还五汤对化疗后所致神经损伤具有良好的疗效。

To discuss the clinical effects of curing the nerve injury after chemotherapy by Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Methods：To choose 41 patients that had peripheral nerve injury after chemotherapy. Di-viding them into 3 groups randomly,group A,treated by Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12;Group B,treated by Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction;group C treated by Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 and Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Results：The curative effects of Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction from the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the curative effect of the Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 from the Western medicine was equals,while the combination of Chi-nese and western medicine was more effectively than Traditional Chinese Medicine or Western medicine alone. Con-clusion：The Modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction has a good curative effects to cure the nerve injury after chemotherapy.
