Disccusion on Protection and Construction of Ecological Environment

指出了人类社会的生存、繁衍和发展与生态环境密切相关,生态环境的优劣会直接影响社会经济可持续发展。以辽宁省为例,对当前生态环境现状和保护工作中存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了要加强立法建设,统筹沿海带的开发管理,加快转变经济增长方式等建议,以保护沿海生态环境,促进辽宁沿海经济带开发战略的实施及经济的可持续发展。

Ecological environment is closely related to the survival, reprodction and development of human society, and even the quality of the ecological environment will directly affect the social and economic sustainable development. Taking Liaoning Province as an example, this article analyzes the problems existing in the the current situation of the ecological environment and the protection work, and then it proposes to strengthen the legislation construction, improve the management of the coastal zone development and speed up the transformation of economic growth mode, in order to protect coastal ecological environment and promote the level of strategy implementation and sustainable economic development of Liaoning coastal economic belt.
