孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察

Clinical observation of Montelukast chewable tablet in treating infants with bronchiolitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将该院2009年9月至2011年6月收治的共112例婴幼儿毛细支气管炎患儿分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿在喘憋缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间以及肺部湿啰音和哮鸣音消失时间等方面优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿总有效率[98.21%(55/56)]优于对照组[82.14%(46/56)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎效果明确,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Montelukast chewable tablet in the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis. Methods A total of 112 infants with bronchiolitis,who were received in the hospital from September 2009 to June 2011,were divided into control group and the observation group,56 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy,and the observation group was added with Montelukast chewable tablet on the basis of the control group. The clini-cal effects of the two groups were compared. Results The relief time of dyspnea,disappearance time of cough,pulmonary wet rales and wheeze rales in the observation group were superior to those in the control group with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）;the total effective rate of the observation group[98.21%（55/56）] was better than that of the control group[82.14%（46/56）],and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast chewable tablet has clear effect for the treatment of infants with bronchiolitis,with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety,so it is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
